Finally, Barcelona's Philippe Coutinho Makes Transfer Decision



Philippe Coutinho wants to join Chelsea from Barcelona, according to Duncan Castles.

Coutinho looks set to leave Barcelona this summer after a difficult 18 months and the club are ready to sell.
